Bradley Hall concentrates his practice on corporate and business transactional matters and employment law litigation including claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation under Title VII and state law; individual and collective action wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state laws; public and private disability accessibility issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); as well as claims related to employee leave laws; farm labor issues; garnishment issues; employee leasing issues; and non-competition and trade secret issues.

In addition to his litigation experience in state and federal court, Bradley has experience with other administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and local agencies enforcing state discrimination, harassment and retaliation laws in Florida, New York, Ohio, and Texas; and audits by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor (DOL).

Bradley graduated from Rhodes College in 2000 with a degree in political science and 2006 from The Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University where he received his J.D. He was admitted in 2006 to both the Florida and Federal Court (Northern, Middle and Southern District).
